How many sessions are needed?
Generally, a course of 6 to 8 treatments are recommended at 2-3 weekly intervals. After a course of treatments results are expected to last 1 to 2 years however, we do recommend maintenance sessions around once every 3 – 6 months. After a course of treatments, you can enjoy tighter, firmer, and younger looking skin with improved skin tone, texture, and elasticity. Our Radio-frequency treatment kick starts collagen and firms’ facial contours. Fine lines disappear and deeply etched lines are noticeably softened. The system has been designed by dermatologists and proven to be highly effective for hundreds of people.
How is the treatment carried out?
A thin layer of contact solution is applied to the skin, and a handpiece delivering the RF current is moved in a circular motion causing heating in the skin. The facial lasts for an hour and 15 minutes including a relaxing facial and neck massage.
Is there any downtime?
There is no downtime with the Promax facial, skin may appear slightly pink immediately after treatment, but this will quickly subside.
What are the risks and potential complications from promax lipo Facial treatment?
There are actually very low risks involved with the procedure. The treated area can be red or pink in colour after the treatment and this may last for a few hours. It will also feel warm to the touch during this time. Bruising may occasionally occur after treatment with the vacuum suction in delicateareas, especially around the eyes. This can last up to 5 days but should resolve with no long-term effects.
Immediately after treatment, contraction of your collagen fibres improve the skin’s elasticity and so your skin will appear firmer. This can be temporary as the production of new collagen takes time, and best results are seen after your course of treatments (continuing for 3 to 6 months after the end of your course).
When Should I see Results?
Improvement is often noticed after only a few sessions but best results are seen after a full course.
