Return Policy
These are some key conditions regarding our product returns:
Change of mind
- If you order or receive a wrong product then you should notify us within 14 days of receiving the product, so that we can provide you with the correct product.
- If you are unhappy with the product you have ordered or if the product arrives damaged then you should notify us within 14 days of receiving the product so that we can assess the situation and discuss the outcome with you.
Faulty product
- If after the first 14 days of receiving the product, the product becomes faulty but it is still in date we would be happy to replace the product and refund you.
Medical issues
- If you have a reaction due to the consumption of the product which you have purchased then you should notify us and complete an incident form that we will send you within 14 days of receiving your order. Thereafter we will conduct an investigation and based on the information on the incident form, we can notify you whether we are able to refund you.
